bullet   The Local Public Agency Section is pleased to announce the Federal Highway Administration, Arizona Division approved the Local Public Agency Projects Manual. The development of the manual was a cooperative effort between FHWA and ADOT including input from local public agencies. The LPA manual will help provide assistance to local public agencies in developing, delivering, and administering transportation projects funded through the Federal-aid Highway Program.
